Shipping Policy
 
We have been working very hard to guarantee you to get the lowest prices in total.  Paintings are rolled and shipped in tubes by post office unless stretched or framed or multiple items by FedEx within 1-3 business days after payments clear. It takes 1-5 days for stretching and 1-7 days for framing. All orders are shipped by standard services unless rush shipping request. Please email us to quote for special express shipping. It usually takes 4-7 business days to delivery with the standard services in US. and 4-14 days for rest of the world. Sometimes shippers might delay to delivery up to 30 days. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Please contact us to track if the packages are not received 30 days after shipping. We email customers shipment notifications as soon as the packages were shipped out.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO addresses are treated as US. continental states, but we usually only use U.S. post office to these regions and other countries.
